| On Monday, March 23rd at approximately 6:20 PM, the Riverhead Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire on Deep Hole Road in Calverton.
Upon arrival, crews were met with a working fire and immediately went to work. The fire was quickly knocked down and brought under control in a short period of time, limiting damage to the structure.
Riverhead firefighters operated on scene with mutual aid from:
• Jamesport Fire Department (RIT)
• Wading River Fire Department
• Ridge Fire Department
