| October is Fire Prevention Month, and we’re kicking things off by visiting each of Riverhead’s elementary schools to spend time with students and talk about fire prevention and fire safety.
This week, members of the Riverhead Fire Department visited Roanoke Avenue Elementary School, where we had the opportunity to meet with students and share important fire safety lessons.
Thank you to the students, teachers, and staff at Roanoke Avenue Elementary School for welcoming us. We always enjoy the opportunity to help our youngest community members learn how to stay safe. |
