At 9:52 AM this morning Riverhead FD received a call of a structure fire on Flanders Road, Flanders. The owner stated that flames were showing. The first arriving 6-2-31 found that a fire started where the electrical service was attached to the house. It extended into the soffit. PSE&G disconnected the service and the fire was extinguished with dry chemical extinguishers. The scene was then turned over to Southampton fire marshal's.
