This morning, our probationary firefighters took part in their initial hands-on bailout rope training. 🧗‍♂️💪

Bailout training is a critical skill for firefighters, teaching them how to safely and quickly exit a structure in an emergency situation using specialized rope systems. Today’s session gave our new members valuable first-hand experience, building confidence and reinforcing the importance of safety, preparation, and teamwork.
