At approximately 5:30 AM, Riverhead Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle fire resulting from an MVA under the Long Island Expressway bridge on Nugent Drive.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a vehicle well involved in flames. Crews quickly extinguished and secured the vehicles, preventing further spread and ensuring the scene was safe.
