As we begin the New Year, the Riverhead Fire Department would like to thank our community for its continued support.

In 2025, our volunteers responded to 1,456 alarms, including 11 working fires, representing an increase of 21 calls compared to the previous year. These responses reflect the dedication, training, and commitment of our members who are ready to serve 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are proud to protect the residents and visitors of Riverhead and remain committed to providing professional, reliable emergency services in the year ahead.
